Shipping Charges

14-Day No-Reason Refund Policy

A refund request submitted after day 14 is not eligible under this policy.
Condition Requirements for Returned Shoes
Returned shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and free of outdoor use. Shoes must be returned inside the original shoe box, and the original shoe box must be packed inside an outer shipping box. Returned shoes must include all original accessories, insoles, and tags. Lisi Hong Kong Company Limited rejects returns that show creased soles, scuffed uppers, removed tags, or damage caused by the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer bears all return shipping costs. Lisi Hong Kong Company Limited does not issue prepaid return labels for refund requests made under the 14-day no-reason policy. The buyer selects the return carrier and pays that carrier directly. Return shipping charges are non-refundable, and Lisi Hong Kong Company Limited does not reimburse these charges.
Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 4: Write the return authorization number on the outside of the outer shipping box.

PayPal Refund Timeframes
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the approval date. Local laws require up to 30 days for PayPal refunds in some regions. Customers located in those regions must allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in the PayPal balance or the linked funding source. Lisi Hong Kong Company Limited cannot shorten a statutory PayPal refund period.
Cancellation, Faulty Items, and Contact

Shoes that arrive damaged, defective, or different from the ordered model qualify for a full refund plus reimbursement of return shipping costs.
