Refund Processing
After Lisi Hong Kong Company Limited receives and inspects returned shoes, Lisi Hong Kong Company Limited will approve or deny the refund. If approved, Lisi Hong Kong Company Limited initiates the refund to the original payment method. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days from the date Lisi Hong Kong Company Limited approves the refund. Bank processing times, card issuer policies, and payment provider delays can extend this period. You must provide accurate payment information. Lisi Hong Kong Company Limited is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the date Lisi Hong Kong Company Limited approves the refund. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. PayPal refunds are sent to the PayPal account used for the original purchase. You must ensure your PayPal account remains active and able to receive funds.
